Painting Nature

Dave will be holding his third annual painting workshop for all levels of painters and beginning artists. If you have always wanted to learn how to paint our natural world or would like to improve your painting skills and techniques, here is your chance to learn from one of the nation's most respected wildlife artists. Students must bring their own paint and brushes. Acrylics only. Canvases will be provided. Materials List: Paint - Carbon Black, Titanium White, Titan Buff or Unbleached Titanium, Paynes Gray, Burnt Umber, Raw Umber, Cadmium Yellow Lt., Cadmium Red Lt., Hooker Green, Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna, Raw Sienna. (You may bring other colors if you have them.) Brushes - Synthetic Sable (Wonder White, Golden Takalon, etc.) Round - No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 Flat - 1/4", 1/2", 1" Misc. - Apron, pallete knife, paint rags, small easel (optional)
